By using an Heel ProGrid Lite for cushioning, the EVA Plus midsole provides as much shock absorption as standard ProGrid but is 20% thinner! Whilst the Kinvara has the looks and weight of a racing shoe, it's very much a training shoe for the neutral runner to use on a daily basis.
